Does TikTok Effective in Stimulating Language Development for Children Aged 5-6?

Purpose – This study aims to find the effect of using TikTok application on language skills development children aged 5-6 years, including speaking, reading, delivering expressions, and understanding stories in group B at TK Laboratory UM Blitar City.Design/methods/approach The research method used is quasi-experimental with One-Group Pre-test Post-test Design. data was obtained through observation. number samples 14 class B-3.Findings Based results t-test calculations Paired Samples Test, tcount 15,716 a significance level 5%, more significant than ttable value 2.16. While 0.000 <0.05, then H0 rejected, H1 accepted. Thus, there average difference between pre-test post-test scores.Research implications/limitations interpreted that good influence use years.Practical implications show for children's learning media can be done by viewing educational content consisted application.Originality/value Researchers highlighted social could an alternative tool improves student skills.
